That kind of sets the stage because like any good introvert, I need some quiet. And sometimes I have to just close my computer for a couple of days. I don’t know about you, but the internet is noisy! I could tell you I am a beautiful, wonderful, child of God…but I didn’t always know that.
I could tell you I try to fill my mind with the good, true & beautiful…but spent too many years using it as a garbage dump.
Here’s a little more about me…the less formal stuff.
I want you here. I want you to be a part of The Littlest Way. I want us to learn how to live our best life, taking every thought captive and making it obedient to Christ. (†2 Corinthians 10:5) I want the words of our mouths and the meditations of our heart to be pleasing to God. (†Psalm 19:14) and I want us to live an abundant life. (†John 10:10)
To me, The Littlest Way is doing the every day, ordinary things, with grace…from saving money at the grocery store to looking back on the day, and reading good books. Speaking of good books, Did you know I spent the entire month of October 2014 reading and posting on the book of Sirach? Check out my 31 Days Writing Challenge. And still speaking of books, I’ve written two in the last year: Bible Journaling Tips, Inspiration and Permission and a Bible Study and Journal on the Book of Sirach. Stay tuned–the Sirach one is just the beginning!
