Praying…
I’m taking time to be quiet. I’ve felt like a dark spiritual cloud has been lifted, but I still need some down time. Kind of like when a fever breaks, but you’re not entirely well yet. If you have something you’d like for me to pray for you, please leave it in the comments and I’ll jot it down in my prayer journal.
Pondering…
A prayer regimen. That sounds so formal and strict…and dull and dry. But it’s necessary, other wise we just pray willy-nilly.

Chris and the younger kids are watching America Ninja Warrior. During commercials, they wrestle. My house is noisy.

Around the House…
Two weeks ago I thoroughly cleaned the office. Last week I thoroughly cleaned my bedroom. I have 2 large bags to go to Catholic Charities, 2 large bags to be given to friends at church and storage crate of school books to sell. I’ve thrown an unknown number bags of trash away. The surprising thing? If you walked into my home, I don;t know that you would have thought I could have trashed and given away so much.

Lent begins February 10th! I’m working on a Daily Lenten Devotional along the same lines as my Advent Devotional.
